The group has recently acquired a site to build a subsequent project of 3,000 units in the suburb of Zizkov and expects to have a number of other projects completed over the next few years. The company is well known and respected for its successful large scale commercial schemes throughout the Czech Republic and it has built a solid reputation in the industry for meeting the discerning needs of clients with its expertise, drive and professionalism.
The residential arm will be focused on building residences which will stand out from other large scale developments by focusing on the detailed needs of the growing young professionals market. Discovery Group intends to be involved in each project from the building design process right through to the construction and hand over in a bid to exceed the expectations of both owners and investors.
